Stan Lee is a man famous for his comic writing skills and ingenious creativity as well as his iconic cameos in movies, cartoons, and games. He created the iconic Marvel characters Spider-Man, the X-Men, and Iron Man. Stan Lee died on November 12, 2018 in Los Angeles. Many have been affected by his death. For example, Junior Asia Tubera said, “Stan Lee will not only be remembered for his creation of these beautiful super heroes, but, he’ll also be remembered for being a super hero himself. Although he has passed away, he will never be forgotten as the father of heroes” Stan Lee was best known for being the father of heroes, but did you know he was a real life hero himself? Stan Lee was a World War II veteran and was portrayed as one in the movie “Avengers: Age Of Ultron”. He was a Civil Rights Movement activist and published lots of his letters, detailing his beliefs and activism, in his comics. He was married to Joan Boddak Lee and was born to jewish-romanian immigrants. Did you know he was a writer of obituaries of living celebrities? He believes that if people are writing your obituary while you are still alive, then you are truly living the life.
